Private Yorkshire Dales from Windermere

This private tour will leave from the Lake District and travel from one National Park to another and explore the Yorkshire Dales. 

From the Lake District you will drive to the quaint village of Sedbergh and head up to see the famous Settle to Carlisle Railway and the spectacular viaduct.

You'll then venture down into Wensleydale before descending into Swaledale through the valley to the small market town of Reeth for lunch.

Our next stop is Bolton Castle in which Mary, Queen of Scots was imprisoned before our journey up the valley to the spectacular Aysgarth Waterfalls, which is famous for featuring in the Robin Hood, Prince of thieves film. 

From here we make our way to Hawes, famous for the Wensleydale Creamery. We'll stop here for some cheese tasting before continuing into the lovely village of Dent, famous for the Dent knitters and brewery. 

Then we’ll make our way back to the Lake District, enjoying the scenic drive.
