We were delighted to have Zoe, VisitEngland Quality Assurance Assessor onboard our Full Day High Adventure tour last week.

This yearly assessment is to ensure the quality of our product and we are over the moon to say we successfully passed its VisitEngland accreditation and increased in score from an impressive 96% in 2022 to 97% in 2023.

This score has triggered a nomination for the Gold (Tour) accolade, and we have our fingers crossed to find out whether we have been awarded this later in the year.

Comments from Zoe included “The High Adventure Tour was undertaken, led by tour guide Derek. The tour was full of fascinating information ranging from history, geology, farming to current affairs.

The roads were driven with skill. These were steep and challenging, especially over the Wrynose and Hardknott passes. Stops were made at different locations to allow people to take photos if they wished.

The tour covered a wide area and was an excellent introduction to more unusual and lesser visited areas of the Lake District.

Well done for again offering an extremely good tour experience, for which the company has been nominated for the Gold Accolade.”

We pride ourselves on offering value for money, excellent service and an unforgettable experience, feedback and assessments like this ensure we are ticking all these boxes. This positive feedback is down to our fantastic office team, driver-guides, technicians, and transport team.
