Mountain Goat have excitedly partnered up with local charity Lake District Foundation, to work towards protecting and preserving the local area.

Mountain Goat have proudly joined forces with the Lake District Foundation to raise funds and provide peoplepower for projects that benefit the National Park.

For over fifty years, we’ve been touring the Lake District, showing people from all over the world the beauty of this magnificent place. Now, we’ve teamed up with the charity The Lake District Foundation, in order to help protect and preserve the area.

With this partnership we plan to raise money for much needed projects throughout the National Park from helping to restore bridges and paths, planting hedgerows and supporting tree planting to protect woodland and so much more.

With the help of our passengers, we’ll be able to do this.

With donations from all of our scheduled lake district tours, we’ll be able to significantly help fund these projects.

We’re proud of this area, the heritage and history of the county is fascinating and one that needs preserving. Our driver guides talk passionately about the heritage of the Lake District, about the importance of farming and how vital it is we work to ensure this area remains for future generations to enjoy.
